Installation:

An agreed Installation appointment will be made in advance for one of our highly skilled engineers to come to your house and professionally install the Stairlift. Sometimes due to the design of the stairs or electrical sockets there maybe some initial carpentry or electrical work required. We will discuss the options with you and ensure this work has been carried out before the Stairlift installation. Some Stairlifts larger and will require two engineers, this will be explained when the appointment is made. The engineer will demonstrate how the Stairlift works and talk you through the remotes, Stairlift optional powered extras, charging the Stairlift. Once you are satisfied the engineer will leave.

Servicing, Aftercare and Maintenance:

We offer our customers an annual 'Standard' or 'Comprehensive' Service following the end of their Stairlift guarantee period. Our friendly experienced team are here to help and discuss the different Service Agreements available to you. As part of the range of Service Agreements we offer,
in the unfortunate event of a callout, you need to have access to a speedy service that will cause minimum impact to your daily routine. This is why we are proud to offer all of our customers our 24/7 365 days a year emergency callout service. We use our own highly skilled engineers giving you peace of mind and a quality caring aftercare service.

You or a nominated relative, carer or friend will always receive a telephone call from us in advance to book your service for a convenient time to you.

All our Stairlifts are covered by a full guarantee and manufacturer’s warranty.
No quibble full guarantees with all new and 2nd user Stairlifts.

We will not be beaten on price or quality’.

Removals:

Some of our customers move house and we are asked if their Stairlift can be relocated or if the Stairlift is no longer required can it be sold and relocated? In principle the Stairlift can be relocated but it depends on the design of the house the Stairlift is going into. Our experienced team are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

Other customers require a Stairlift removed as it is no longer needed and we are asked if we can remove it for them. Again our experienced team are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

If you are wishing to remove your Stairlift please do not switch the electric connection off as the Stairlift will be off charge.

You know you’ll be in safe hands; we are proud to be a member of the British Healthcare Trade Association (BHTA), Motability accredited and have a code of practice recognised and accredited by Trading Standards (TSI).
