Returns and Cancellations
7 Day Return or Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 7 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances: –
The product must be unused, clean and not damaged (unless damaged during delivery which must be recorded on the delivery note that you must sign).
The product must have the original packaging and materials, i.e. be fit for resale. Unless the product shipped was different then the one ordered, or you received a damaged order (see above). You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
Re-stocking fees
There are no restocking fees.
‘No Returns’
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we do not accept the return of any products made to the customer’s specification such as Stairlifts or other ‘personalised’ type products such as Electric Wheelchairs. Also, unless they are unused and not unpacked all bathing, hygiene and safety type products, toilet seats and such like etc. are non-returnable.
If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you will need to obtain a ‘RA’ Number (Returns Authorisation Number). The customer is responsible for the return shipment unless the product was damaged in delivery. Please call our customer services on 0800 056 07 08 who will be pleased to help.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT A ‘RA’ NUMBER OR YOU MAY INCUR UNNECESSARY CHARGES.
Returns refunds are normally credited to the card used for purchase or a cheque returned after receipt and inspection of the product.
Cancellations
We work hard to see that our products are shipped as quickly as possible. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a ‘return’ or a ‘no return’ and the above policies and/or charges apply.
