This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our Showrooms and website.

What information do we collect?

We collect your personal information from you and transfer it securely to a stored customer database destination held on our office computer in accordance with this Privacy Policy and The General Data Protection Regulation May 2018. The personal information we hold is the customer’s name, address, telephone and email address for sales invoicing, servicing, repairs and to carry out our obligations arising from annual servicing contracts and product offers that may be of interest to you. You may wish to access to your files, and ask for rectification or erasure of information this request must to be in writing for the attention of the Managing Director. The access will be granted for a mutually acceptable time. All data breaches will be reported to the DPC.

We will also hold a customer’s consent, nominating an agreed relative, friend or carer's personal details so they may act us on the customer's behalf.

We will not hold customer's credit or debit card information nor will we not hold data for any longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy statement. We would only hold the customer’s payment details to process a debit/credit card payment made over the telephone. Then the details will be destroyed safely.

How do we use your information?

We use the information to help us understand more about how our website is used; to improve our site and send you information about us and our products which we think may be of interest to you, both electronically and otherwise, either when a customer requests it or at the renewal of an annual service agreement is up.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you by either written, electronic means (e-mail) or by telephone with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

If you are a new or existing customer, we may need to ask for a third party involvement such as one of our manufacturers for Stairlift surveys. With your consent we would pass your data over where they will contact you directly by electronic or telephone to arrange an appointment.

When you contact us from the website to leave a review or feedback, we may keep a record of that correspondence in a safe file on the Office Computer password protected.

Our website is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant. We do not store any Client’s personal details on this website. All reviews or feedback that you send us on the completed form and will be sent to our office by email automatically. We ask you to include your email address and telephone number on the form below if you wish us to respond to you. Only your name and town locality will be shown in the reviews. If you wish to remove your name or locality please mention this on the form when you submit your review. You can ask at anytime for your review to be removed if you so wish. We will not pass your details to a ‘Third Party’ such as our manufacturers or suppliers in regard to your product without your prior consent.

We will not sell your personal information to others.

Security

Our website does not track individual’s Internet Protocol Addresses and Cookie Identifiers. Our website has hyperlinks to other company’s websites. If you use these hyperlinks they are not subject to this policy statement as you will be leaving our website. Your access and use of other websites will not be governed by this policy statement but the websites will be governed by The General Data Protection Regulation May 2018.

In accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation May 2018 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Where you can request access to and/or the correction or deletion of any personal information about you held by us.

We update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page.
