If you are awarded the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) you are eligible to join the Motability Powered Wheelchair and Scooter Scheme (PWSS) and lease a new Electric Wheelchair/Powerchair.

If you have 12 months or more of your current allowance remaining then you can go ahead and lease an Electric Wheelchair/Powerchair.

Once you are happy with your decision with the product from Capitol Mobility the Motability Scheme will ask for a £100.00 non-refundable deposit before the delivery of your product. Then at the end of your three-year-lease, you will be eligible for a £100 End of Contract Bonus.
