COVID-19 - Product Sales & Other Information
We aim to serve all our customers who we recognise are mostly elderly, infirm or disabled and therefore very vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus with care and diligence making necessary changes to the way we service, repair, deliver and install to keep all customers as safe as possible.
All our staff will wear protective gloves, our engineers will wear masks and protective gloves when carrying out Stairlift installations, service and repairs including emergency call outs. It may be preferable to arrange for customers to be in another part of the house when engineers call to carry out work, pick up/deliver scooters or wheelchairs keeping the social distancing between people the government is recommending.
